This Shipping Policy describes the general principles and procedures  when you use our platform (Retos Platform). “Retos Platform” refers to our website http://www.retosmarket.com or Retos Mobile Application or both of them. The term “services” refers to any services offered by Retos through platform or otherwise.

We may occasionally update this policy and we may post such changes on this page. We try to notify you if there are any significant changes to this policy. Your continued use of the App after any update to this Shipping Policy will be deemed as your acceptance to such update

 

If you are using the Retos Platform, You have comply with our Shipping Policy.

  1. Retos works like an interface between the Buyer and the Vendor.
  2. Retos strives to make the order to be delivered with in 24 hours of the acceptance of the order by the Vendor.
  3. Vendors may use their own transport or may use our deliver partner for the delivery.
  4. However delivery partners, vendors and buyers shall comply with our guidelines which will be provided through our platform or otherwise.
  5. Our Delivery Partner shall be responsible for the goods at the time of delivery.
